1,What Personal Information We Collect

A & B RealSnug obtain your personal information in four ways:

We collect information that you provide to us:

● Account informationWhen you create or manage an A & B RealSnug account (including a user account for the & B RealSnug website), we collect your name, email address, password, shipping address, billing address, site area, and size preferences. Some information is optional (such as your date of birth and phone number), so you don't have to provide it to us. You can also choose to add a "wish list" to your account, showing the items you want to buy. If you use Facebook to create an A & B RealSnug account, it may provide us with your account information, such as your name and email address (we will not receive your Facebook password), in order to create your A & B RealSnug account. What Facebook share with us is controlled by your Facebook privacy settings. Make sure you're happy with your Facebook privacy settings by reviewing and, if necessary, updating these settings on your Facebook.
● Purchase informationWhen you purchase products or services through the & B RealSnug website, we collect your name, email address, credit card and payment information, mailing and shipping addresses, telephone numbers (optional), marketing preferences, and any other information you provide. We keep a record of your purchase history on the & B RealSnug website.
● Support information: When you send us an email or otherwise contact us for support (for example, when you ask us a question or ask for help), including through the & B RealSnug Concierge (provided here), we will collect you Information provided to us, your name, email address, contact details, payment card details, any questions or feedback you provide to us, and any other personal information you provide. Some information may be optional (such as your phone number).
● Marketing/Promotional InformationWhen you register or subscribe to our newsletters or promotions, or participate in our promotions, sweepstakes, contests or surveys, we collect the information you need to participate, such as your name, contact information, date of birth. We usually only require contact information from you to participate, but in some cases we will also ask you for additional information.
● Online activity information: When you use our website, we will collect (including through cookies and similar trackers) the IP address you use, the information used to identify your device, and information about you, for example, the page or screen you view, the time you spend on the page or screen, the navigation path between pages or screens, information about your activity on the page or screen, the time of the visit, and the length of the visit. We collect information via email about the products you click to view. Our partners may also collect similar information, including information about your activities on other websites. ● Messages from friends and family: When your family or friends want to send products (including gift cards) to your address, we may also collect information about you from other people who know you. For example, in order to send a package, we need them to tell us your name, email, mailing and shipping address. We may also collect information about you, such as your IP address, from family or friends who send you links to products or articles on A & B RealSnug websites. If you provide us with information about your family or friends, please be sure to inform them that you are doing so and remind them to review our policy, which describes how we use their information.

● Information from our partners: In addition to online activity information, we also obtain information about you from our partners. For example:

● When you purchase one of our products through the Instagram, Instagram will send us your name, contact information and transaction information, but not your payment card details.
● If you discuss us or submit an inquiry or message to us through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter, we may obtain your name, contact information and publicly available profile so that we can follow up on your inquiry or comment.
● Whether you open the email we send you and which products you click through our email. This helps us gauge people's interest in our newsletters, products and promotions, and prevents us from sending unwanted emails.
● Third parties that provide us with your personal information include Envoy, Facebook, Fit Analytics, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, Lookback, Pinterest, Emplifi and Twitter. These entities may use publicly available activities or information, such as blogs, videos, Internet posts, and user-generated content.

Information from your employer: If you work for one of our suppliers or other partners, the company you work for may provide us with your contact details and other information to facilitate your role in providing services to us or providing services with us.

Sometimes, for contractual or legal reasons, we need the information you provide. We will notify you when such information is required and the consequences of not providing such information. You may choose not to provide certain requested information. However, if we need this information to provide you with a product or service, or if we are required by law to collect this information, you may not be able to purchase the product or service, or access or use certain features of A & B RealSnug Services, such as creating an account. For example, without payment details, we cannot complete a purchase, send you products without an address, let you enter a competition without contact information, provide you with A & B RealSnug Concierge without your email and name, or create an account without your name.

2. How to use your information and our relevant legal basis

The information we collect is described in Section 1: What Personal Information We Collect. We use the information we receive about you for the purposes described below.

● Set up and manage your account
We use your information (such as your account information) and the information provided by one of our partners (such as Instagram) when you create an account through one of our partners to set up and manage your A & B RealSnug account, including developing your profile for you and deleting unused accounts. As a People's Republic of China legal basis for our processing of personal information for this purpose, we rely on contractual necessity, as we need to delete an expired or inactive account in accordance with our terms of use (which you accept when setting up an A & B RealSnug account) and our legitimate interest in information related to the contract with you. ● Provision of services
We use your information to provide services to you. This includes the use of your following information:

Account information, purchase information, and information from our partners when you make a purchase through one of our partners, such as Facebook, to facilitate transactions, process orders and payments for products and services you purchase, facilitate returns, and otherwise manage our relationship with you;
Support information, account information and purchase information to provide you with support services, such as A & B RealSnug Concierge;
Account information, purchase information, support information, and information provided by our partners (such as Instagram) when you make a purchase through our partners to contact and communicate with you about your transactions and your use of our products and services, such as billing and payment discrepancies and verifying receipts;
Support information, account information, purchase information, and information provided by one of our partners to respond to your support requests or other inquiries when you make a purchase or request support or ask a question through one of our partners such as Facebook; and
Online activity information is used to personalize and improve your shopping experience on our website, for example by using your location (country/region) information to determine your language preferences, display accurate date and time information or personalize the layout of our website according to your interests.

As a People's Republic of China legal basis for our processing of personal information for the purposes described above, we rely on contractual necessity because we need the information to perform our obligations under that contract, such as selling and delivering our products to you. This includes the steps we may take at your request before you enter into a contract with us. For example, we need your address and payment details to process and deliver your order.

When we use or process information outside of our contractual relationship with you, such as when you raise a question or request support that is not specifically for a contract with us, or when we obtain your information in order to deliver an item to you if it is purchased by someone else, we rely on our legitimate interest or consent as the People's Republic of China legal basis. We have a legitimate interest in providing these services to you and in operating our business.

We also rely on our legitimate interests as our the People's Republic of China legal basis to personalize our website so that it reflects your situation (such as your location/language) and to better tailor our website to the interests of our customers. ● Marketing our services and conducting promotional activities

Interpretation of Key Terms; Legal Basis, Legitimate Interest and Necessity of Contract
Some of the terms we use in Section 2 are explained as follows:

Legal basis-Our processing of personal information must be lawful under the People's Republic of China law. By "legal basis" we mean the legal basis on which we process your personal information in accordance with GDPR or in the People's Republic of China with Article 6 of the GDPR.
Legitimate interest-This is a legal basis that we can rely on to justify our processing of your personal information under the People's Republic of China law. This means that we are pursuing the interests of A & B RealSnug or third parties, which is legitimate; for example, our commercial interest in selling our products to you. We rely solely on this legal basis to ensure that our legitimate interests are not overtaken by the fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual.
Contractual Necessity-This is an additional legal basis that we can rely on to justify our processing of your personal information in accordance with the People's Republic of China law. A & B RealSnug and its affiliates may share your information with each other and use it to provide our products and services in accordance with this policy. We may also share your information to participate in marketing activities on behalf of or with our affiliates.

     2. Suppliers and service providers
We may disclose all or any of your information to suppliers and service providers who provide services on our behalf (such as helping us fulfill your order, delivering products to you, providing A & B RealSnug concierge services, providing customer communications, managing our data (including storing or hosting data for us), helping us with marketing, providing email services for us, managing or hosting our website, fraud detection and address verification, and compliance with tax laws). This includes, inter alia, account information, purchase information, feedback information, support information, online event information, marketing/promotional information, information from your friends and family, and information from our partners.

We require our suppliers and service providers to protect the privacy of your information in a manner consistent with applicable privacy laws.

Some of our suppliers and service providers may contact you directly to provide services; for example, our delivery partners may contact you to provide you with tracking information for deliveries. Our delivery partners are often independent data controllers in some respects.

Professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and insurance companies, as necessary in the course of providing professional services to us. These third parties are usually independent data controllers.

     4. Payment processors
We transmit your personal information (such as your purchase information) to our payment processor via an encrypted connection. Some of these payment processors may be independent data controllers in some respects.

     5, Business and Marketing Partners
Third parties with whom we co-host an event or promotion, with whom we co-offer products or services, or whose products or services you may be interested in. These third parties are usually the data controllers in these areas.

     6, Analytics and Advertising Partners
We use third-party analytics and/or advertising services through providers such as Meta (formerly Facebook) and Google, as further described in our Cookie Policy. The providers of these services may be data controllers and independently collect, use and disclose your IP address and information about your visits to this website and other websites where they provide services in accordance with their own privacy policies (not this policy), so that we can improve the user experience on our website, provide you with tailored advertising and measure and monitor its effectiveness, and for the purposes described in its privacy policy. For example, Google may use Google Analytics data to better understand online behavior and trends and improve its products and services.

Page Insights) in connection with certain processing of your personal information. The Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and the & B RealSnug divide their responsibilities in relation to this joint processing under the GDPR. We may disclose your information (such as purchase information, account information, or online activity information) if we believe in good faith that it is required by applicable law. This can include compliance with subpoenas, search warrants, or court or arbitration orders or litigation disclosure obligations. We may also disclose your information if we have reason to believe that disclosure is necessary or appropriate for national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance. When you post information on other services (for example, you post information to social networking sites or link to Facebook or Twitter pages of A & B RealSnug, or when you "like" products on your Facebook account or "pin" products on your Pinterest account), the information you post or share related to these third-party websites is visible to others, it can be read, collected, used and disclosed by others, including for sentiment analysis or sending unsolicited messages.

A & B RealSnug do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you believe that A & B RealSnug has inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of 16, please immediately contact A & B RealSnug's Chief Privacy Officer at one of the addresses below.
